However, if you anticipate surpassing this 10% limit, it is essential to apply for a license uplift, which must include a Minimum Financial Requirements (MFR) report. This application should be submitted prior to exceeding the threshold.

Failing to upgrade your license while exceeding your MAT may result in an audit by the QBCC.
